Our store is hosted on Webflow. They provide us with an online platform that allows us to provide our products or services to you.

To ’use’ in relation to this website includes (but is not limited to) visiting this website, purchasing goods or services on this website, joining and participating in our database and taking part in promotions.

1. Booking services from us

When you arrive at our business location, you are required to fill out a questionnaire, you must provide accurate health information or concerns that may compromise any of our services we provide relating to your medical and or health condition(s). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any of our services if we deem you are unable to receive our services. 

If you have any health concerns or conditions prior to booking a service, you must talk to your doctor, GP or health professional first before getting any type of service. Our services are not a substitute for traditional medical care. We therefore are not responsible for any health consequences arising from the services we provide.

Bookings are processed on https://calendly.com, when you make a booking from us you are taken to the page (https://calendly.com/d/d3k-xmy-8np) and then proceed to select the service and date and time. The booking process includes giving us your email address and other relevant information such as your name and phone number.

Your booking is not confirmed until such time that you are sent an e-mail to confirm that your booking has been scheduled. Once your booking is placed, you may cancel or amend it.

We will take payment from you prior or post service.

2. Refusing or canceling bookings

In the unlikely event that the services you have booked are no longer available we reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking.

All gift vouchers are for personal use and gifting only. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bookings that we believe, solely by our own judgement. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bookings that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.

While we endeavour to ensure that the price and description of goods or services is accurate, if there is an error in the process of listing a product or service on our website or a technical error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the service.

Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted.

6. Gift voucher

A Happiness Place Gift Voucher can be used for the purchase of services, it cannot be used to purchase on www.happinessplace.nz. The value on the voucher can be used against purchases in whole or in part, and for one occasion only..

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, the voucher cannot be used.

Gift vouchers may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

Other than connecting to our happinessplace.nz website by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to our website servers. You agree not to disrupt, modify or interfere with our website or services and their associated software, hardware and servers in any way.
