In your first session, an initial questionnaire will be taken in order to fully understand your concerns and long-term goals. You will remain fully clothed during the session and will lay down on a massage table.

During the session light contact is made using different hand hold techniques. After the session you may feel a sense of being lighter on the feet, more grounded to the floor and improved range of motion.

After the session we will discuss with you sitting/standing posture and form, along with a walking and grounding.
