Not only is it a full body massage, it's an emotional healing and relaxation experience. It may not feel as intense as a deep tissue Fumi Massage, but it's actually working quite deep in the body.

If you simply need a relaxing massage to ease and clear the mind, this is one we would recommend.

What is a lymph massage?

This massage promotes the movement of lymphatic fluid which in turn helps to improve circulation and boost your immune system. Light rhythmic movements stimulate the lymphatic system without pressing hard on the vessels making the lymph fluid move easily through the nodes and tissues, making sure the fluid doesn't get trapped anywhere.

What scented oils do you use?

We use Grape Seed essential oil, and if you prefer we have an Almond oil option as well. Grape Seed oil is almost odourless, has a fine texture, and is easily absorbed by the skin.
